- Client is responsible for survey grid preparation.
- For survey in settlement zones the transect interval is 5m.
- For survey in Plaza locations the transect interval is 2m.
- Transects should run parallel to topography where possible, but otherwise should be oriented N/S.
- One meter wide transects must be cleared of all vegetation and debris, with vegetation stubble extending no more than approximately 15 cm above the ground surface.
- Wooden stakes must delineate transect line ends and be positioned every ten meters down the center of the transect. Stakes must be made visible with either survey paint or flagging tape.
- Client may need to provide one laborer for assistance.
